Game Preview:
Both teams look to their backups for this afternoon’s matchup between the Cardinals and Broncos. They have both had rather disappointing seasons and a tough look for ARI losing their QB to the new release of Call of Duty but also an ACL tear, coincidence, I think not. Wilson is out with a concussion because his OLINE was invited to his birthday party.
I had to google “Who is the Bronco’s backup QB” because I had no idea who Brett Rypien is. Then I had to google “Who the hell is Brett Rypien?” He went to Boise State and has more INT than TDs. ARI is turning to veteran backup Colt McCoy who is certainly one of the better backups in the league with his experience and will be finishing out the season as the starter. This is a must-win for AZ as much of their staff is on the chopping block.
When it comes to this game we are taking the points with ARI. Both teams have struggled but ARI is 11-4 ATS on the road in their last 15 which is the only positive between these two teams. With both backups in this game starting, we are taking the under. This game I imagine will come down to a field goal and I like the points here.
