Game Preview:
Detroit is looking to keep their new found momentum rolling, having won 4 out of the last 5 games. The Lions have looked like a new team since their bye in week 6. They had two very close losses to Buffalo and Miami, both of which are top teams in the league currently. Detroit’s last two wins have looked dominant as well against both the Jaguars and Giants.
The Vikings have great all year long which shows with a 10-2 record thus far. With both losses coming against Super Bowl contending teams in the Eagles and Cowboys. They have been absolutely explosive on offence in 2022 under Kevin O’Connell and will look to keep that going this week as well.
Both teams are actually quite similar with high powered offences and bottom of the league defenses. Minnesota could be considered lucky this year having 9 of their 10 wins being one score games. As good as the Lions have been though i the Minnesota will prevail and leave Ford Field victorious. With all the weapons the Vikings have offensively, I expect them to show why they are not only top of their division but also one of the best teams in the NFC.
