    12:00 PM EST (ABC) – South Carolina (7-4) @ #8 Clemson (10-1)
    SPREAD: Clemson -14
    TOTAL: 53

The Gamecocks are fresh off an upset of Tennessee, where they shockingly hung 63 points on a talented Volunteers defense. South Carolina is bound to have an extra strut in their step after such a confident showing last week.

Clemson’s lone blemish was in South Bend in early November when they were walloped 35-14 by the Fighting Irish. The Tigers have otherwise handled business and will be determined to notch another convincing win to polish their resume.

The dual-threat ability of QB DJ Uiagalelei is the motor that powers this Clemson offense, and I don’t think South Carolina will have an answer for his versatility on defense.

PICK: Clemson -14 *Lonnie’s Best Bet

    12:00 PM EST (FOX) – #3 Michigan (11-0) @ #2 Ohio State (11-0)
    SPREAD: Ohio State -8
    TOTAL: 56

A couple 11-win teams are set to square off with Thanksgiving dinners now in the rearview. Despite the identical records, the Buckeyes are getting all of the respect as favorites by more than a touchdown.

Any further movement on this line will likely be related to the status of Michigan’s star halfback Blake Corum, who exited last week’s matchup against Illinois with a lower body injury. But Corum appears ready to go, which will be critical for the Wolverines to have any shot at keeping pace with the Buckeyes.

I’m not sure Michigan will be able to withstand the haymakers coming from Ohio State, but I do think this game has a solid chance of coming down to the final possession either way.

    PICK: Michigan +8

    7:00 PM EST (ESPN2) – #22 UCF (8-3) @ South Florida (1-10)
    SPREAD: UCF -20
    TOTAL: 67.5

South Florida is flat-out atrocious, and UCF was just embarrassed at home by a then 3-win Navy team.

John Rhys Plumlee was bottled up in their loss to the Midshipmen last week, but ran wild for 176 yards and 2 TDs on 18 carries against Tulane a game before.

Plumlee will be able to run on the Bulls with little resistance, and the Knights should dominate time of possession against this inferior opponent.

South Florida has already lost by a margin of 20+ three times on the season, and has allowed 40+ points in 8 of 11 games.

The Bulls haven’t held a team under 41 points since October 8th. Roll with the Knights regardless of the huge spread.

    PICK: UCF -20

    7:30 PM EST (SECN) – #10 Tennessee (9-2) @ Vanderbilt (5-6)
    SPREAD: Tennessee -14
    TOTAL: 63.5

The Volunteers magical season hit a speed bump in Georgia and then ran into a buzzsaw in South Carolina, where they lost both the game and their Heisman-hopeful QB.

Before going down with a torn ACL, Hendon Hooker proved himself worthy of first round selection in the upcoming NFL Draft, although his draft stock may slide now with the timing of this injury.

Next up is a 6’5″ physical specimen in Joe Milton III, who has a cannon of an arm and can do a lot of the same things Hooker can do.

I expect Milton III to grab the reigns from Hooker with a purpose and keep the high-octane Tennessee offense clicking. A prideful bounce-back game looks to be in store here for Rocky Top.

    PICK: Tennessee -14
