A couple 3-win NFC foes collide as the Rams head to New Orleans, after putting Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp on IR.
The Rams seem to be in the midst of a wasted season miles away from any legitimate shot at defending their crown.
The poor QB play since the retirement of Drew Brees has continued for the Saints, who have been mum on their starting situation despite some atrocious showings from incumbent Andy Dalton. I’m not sure why they haven’t made the change to Jameis Winston yet and I’d be shocked not to see him in action today.
Matthew Stafford is back in action after missing time with a concussion, and should be heavily reliant on Allen Robinson with Kupp sidelined.
I’d love to see some high-flying offense in this one but it doesn’t seem to be in the cards. The Saints put forth a gritty effort and ride Alvin Kamara to a victory with limited scoring at the Superdome.
