Green Bay Packers (3-5) @ Detroit Lions (1-6)
Injury Watch (Impact Players)
Questionable: LT David Bakhtiari (GB), LG Elgton Jenkins (GB), WR Christian Watson (GB), CB Shemar Jean-Charles (GB), LB De’Vondre Campbell (GB), RB D’Andre Swift (DET), WR Josh Reynolds (DET), LT Taylor Decker (DET)
Doubtful:
Out: WR Randall Cobb (GB)
Game Preview: Green Bay is looking to avoid a 5-game skid. They are coming off a 10-point loss in Buffalo where their run game continued showing some signs of life, but total offense was limited by a banged up receiving corps. The week prior, RB Aaron Jones posted 143 rushing yards and caught two touchdown passes at Washington in a tight loss. Although Green Bay continues to be plagued by injuries, expect to see the Packers lean heavily on Jones to slowly grind at arguably the worst defense in the NFL.
PICKS: GB -3.5 & U49.5

Game Preview: Washington is coming into this weekend on a 3-game winning streak, and they have made big plays when they needed to. The Commanders’ latest two wins came with QB Taylor Heinicke at the helm in replacement of injured Carson Wentz. However, they have issues with consistency, and they have yet to beat a team with a winning record- either at the time or currently. Oh, and the home crowd might be a little off this weekend since Dan Snyder just hired Bank of America to look into potentially selling the team. Anyway…
On the Vikings side they have much to brag about. OLB Za’Darius Smith, NFC Defensive Player of the Month for October, and absolute steal from the Green Bay Packers has been lights out with 6.5 sacks last month. Minnesota just added TE T.J. Hockenson who will get his first reps as a Viking this weekend and hopefully be an additional red zone threat (11 touchdowns in their last 12 red zone possessions). I expect the Commanders will do their best to put up points to defend their home field, but the Vikings offensive efficiency will keep them out of reach.
