OTT ML (-110) – Ottawa has won the last 4 meetings with Dallas and this game shouldn’t be any different. The Sens are also on a 3 game winning streak, soundly defeating Arizona, Washington, and Boston over the last week. The books are treating this as a toss-up but according to my model, Ottawa has about 65% chance of winning so I’m going with them to win at a very reasonable -110.
St. Louis Blues @ Winnipeg Jets
STL/WPG O6 (-120) – Another opportunity to take advantage of an Over/Under number at 6. I was tempted to take the Blues in this one as they are riding a 3 game winning streak and looking strong defensively. Backup tender Thomas Greiss will be in net for St. Louis and he was not very good last season. There are still defensive breakdowns for the Jets so I’m wagering there will be some soft goals and tough bounces for the goalies tonight so let’s roll with the Over (-120).
Carolina Hurricanes @ Vancouver Canucks
CAR ML (-155) – This bet is all about injuries. The Canucks will be without several valuable players tonight, including Brock Boeser, Quinn Hughes, Travis Dermott, and Riley Stillman. Carolina is on it’s 5th game of a roadtrip and have dropped the last 2 so will be highly motivated to right the ship and jump out to a lead in this one. Let’s not overthink this game and go with Carolina to win (-155).
