    Week 7 Upside QBs

UPSIDE PLAY OF THE WEEK: Jimmy Garoppolo (vs KC) – What a month for Jimmy G. He goes from signing a one-year deal to join the Niners as a backup in late September, to being thrust back into the spotlight now alongside the dynamic Christian McCaffrey. This gives Garoppolo and the Niners arguably the most formidable trio of playmakers in the NFL, as CMC joins Deebo Samuel and George Kittle. If these guys can stay healthy, Jimmy G will thrive, and they’ll right the ship in San Francisco sooner than later. The Chiefs have allowed 266 passing YPG, 6th-worst in the NFL, so the big play opportunities should be ripe for the taking.

    More Upside Plays:
    Tua Tagovailoa (vs PIT)
    Derek Carr (vs HOU)
    Matt Ryan (@TEN)
    Kenny Pickett (@MIA)

    Week 7 Upside RBs

UPSIDE PLAY OF THE WEEK: Leonard Fournette (@CAR) – Fournette enters Week 7 ranked 3rd among RBs in receptions (32) and receiving yards (232), behind only Christian McCaffrey and Austin Ekeler. He’s been more effective in the passing game than on the ground thus far, but is overdue for some endzone trips, and has a tasty matchup ahead with the hapless Panthers. This one projects as a blowout with plenty of redzone opportunities for Fournette, so continue to dial him up with confidence.

    More Upside Plays:
    Joe Mixon (vs ATL)
    Tony Pollard (vs DET)
    Jamaal Williams (@DAL)
    Kenyan Drake (vs CLE)

    Week 7 Upside WRs

UPSIDE PLAY OF THE WEEK: Michael Pittman Jr. (@TEN) – Fresh off a 16-target outing where he finished with 13 catches for 134 yards, Pittman Jr. faces a Titans secondary that has yielded an NFL-worst, 288 passing yards per game. There should be an abundance of volume for Pittman Jr. in Tennessee. What’s flown under the radar in NFL headlines is the production of the Colts passing game through 6 weeks. Matt Ryan currently ranks 2nd in the NFL in passing attempts (253) and passing yards (1,765). This means that Pittman Jr. will continue to eat, and eat well.

    More Upside Plays:
    Amari Cooper (@BAL)
    Mike Williams (LAC)
    George Pickens (@MIA)
    Tyquan Thornton (vs CHI)

    Week 7 Upside TEs

UPSIDE PLAY OF THE WEEK: David Njoku (@BAL) – We’d been waiting multiple years for a Njoku breakout, and in his 6th NFL season, we may finally be on to something. Njoku has developed quick chemistry with interim QB Jacoby Brissett, and over the past 4 weeks, he’s averaged 6 catches for 77 yards. Njoku sits at TE6 with 65 PPR points thus far, and would rank even higher if it weren’t for his lack of TD production. Njoku has a great shot to accumulate big numbers Sunday against a Ravens secondary that’s allowing 268 passing yards per game, a mark that’s 5th-worst in the NFL.

    More Upside Plays:
    Gerald Everett (vs SEA)
    Robert Tonyan (@WAS)
    Hunter Henry (vs CHI)
    Daniel Bellinger (@JAC)
