Atlanta Braves (Wright) @ Boston Red Sox (Pivetta)
    ATL -1.5 (+107)-
Atlanta will be sending Kyle Wright to the mound tonight to try and sweep Boston. The Red Sox will counter with Nick Pivetta looking to atleast split this inter-league set. The Braves and Red Sox combined for 16 runs Tuesday and I expect more of the same here Wednesday more so from the Braves offense. Pivetta has been awful for Boston as of late, he hasn’t picked up a win since June 24th and had a 9.38 ERA in July. The Braves should not only be able to sweep Boston, but should be able to beat them again tonight by a few runs. Atlanta -1.5 (+107) is the play for this one.

Cleveland Guardians (Civale) @ Detroit Tigers (Hutchison)
    Over 8 (-115)-
The Guardians and Tigers will meet for game 2 of their 3-game installment Wednesday. Cleveland won Tuesday 5-2 behind a strong start from Shane Bieber and 3 run 8th inning. Starter for the Guardians Wednesday night will be Aaron Civale. In his 12 starts so far, Civale is 2-5 with a 6.17 ERA. Drew Hutchison will go for the Tigers Wednesday, over 18 games this season Hutchison is 1-5 with a 4.37 ERA. Both these starters have been getting hit almost in every outing and with the over falling just short Tuesday expect it to cash tonight. Take the over 8 runs scored (-115) for this matchup.

Texas Rangers (Otto) @ Houston Astros (Verlander)
    HOU Over 4.5 (-114) –
AL Cy Young front runner Justin Verlander will be on the mound tonight for the Astros against the Texas Rangers. Verlander has been remarkable this season, in 21 starts he post a 1.38 ERA with a 15-3 record. Obviously, the odds are heavily favored for the Astros with Verlander on the bump tonight but look for the Houston offense to back their Cy Young candidate Wednesday night. The Astros should be able to get to Glenn Otto early on and cover their run total of over 4.5. Roll with the Astros over 4.5 runs at (-114).
