NRFI (-134) & NYY-1.5 (+125) & Judge HR (+260)- The Yankees are looking to bounce back from a wild game full of HR’s in the Bronx last night to a Mariners team that has been grinding all season. Gerrit Cole gets the nod for the Yankees and he has been electric at home as of late. Castillo is getting his first start after the trade deadline. After a loss the Yankees historically come out with a big Win and I really like them in this day game. Outside of last night the Yankees are 12-3 SU against Seattle in their last 15 games. I like another prop for this game with Judge to hit a HR, another safe bet for HR is Rizzo as he has a 4-game HR streak. I’m betting NRFI (-134), NYY -1.5(+125) and riding the Aaron Judge HR train (+260).
Boston Red Sox (Bello) @ Houston Astros (Urquidy)
HOU F5 3 Way (-137) & Urquidy O4.5K (-130) & Trey Mancini HR (+510) – The Red Sox look to close out the Astros with a sweep this afternoon as the Sox continue to play undefeated baseball in August (I know it’s only been two days!) They will have a tough matchup as Red Sox prospect Bello will face the red hot Astros as he looks for his 1st win in 4 games. This is the first time Urquidy will face a team other than SEA or OAK for the last month. I think the Astros offense is too much for Bello and they jump out on him early. Outside of the HOU F5 bet, I like a couple of player props for this afternoon. I’m going to bet the over in Ks for Urquidy and a Trey Mancini HR in his first game with a new team. Today, I’m betting HOU F5 3 way (-137), Urquidy O4.5 K (-130), and Mancini HR (+510)
Oakland Athletics (Kaprielian) @ Los Angeles Angels (Ohtani)
LAA -1.5 (-104) & Ohtani O8.5K (-121) & Kaprielian O4.5 K (-115)- The Athletics are looking for their first win in three games and they do so as they face a tough opponent on the mound, Shohei Ohtani. Now if you bet with me last week we hit our Ohtani prop and I’m betting that again as well. I’m also going to bet the Over prop for Kaprielian who has had a decent history against this Angels team. The Angels win this game behind Ohtani and I like them to cover the -1.5 here this evening. I’m betting LAA -1.5 (-104) and a couple of pitcher prop bets for K’s, Ohtani O8.5 (-121) and Kaprielian O 4.5 (-115).
